Championship
Qualification is
determined by accumulated
yearly point standings from
teams/individuals that have
fished at least 3
tournaments in a team
series, 4 tournaments in an
individual series.
Automatically qualify for
the championship if you fish
all events in a series. All
teams entered in all events
in a division will
automatically qualify for a
championship berth. Each
member is allowed to fish 3
qualifying events alone and
represent the team providing
that the team fishes at
least 2 tournaments
together.
Each team will be allowed
one substitution per series
to represent the team. The
substitute must be a member
of J C Outdoors. Team
members may accumulate
points when fishing alone
providing the other team
member does not participate
in that event. To qualify
for the championship, points
will be awarded as follows:
1st - 100, 2nd - 99, 3rd -
98, plus pounds. All blanks
will receive 10 points less
than the last team weighing
fish. All teams not entered
in all events in a series
must qualify in the top 50%
of the yearly points to be
eligible to fish the
championship. Total points
and pounds from all events
in a series will determine
anglers of the year for that
series. Anglers of the year
receive free entry in next
year’s events in the same
division they qualified.
The five Spring Team Trails
will have a 100% payback one
day combined championship at
Lake Ray Roberts on
September 25, 2010 Marina
TBA. Combined Spring Team
Championship will have a
$200 entry fee with a $20 BB
Option paying big bass for 2
places (split 70% and 30%).
All other trail
championships will be noted
on their tournament page.
13.
All teams/individuals must
be checked in by there
designated weigh-in times.
Each team/individual will be
issued a poker chip with
their team number and must
have that chip placed in a
bucket at the weigh-in site
by their weigh in time
posted on chip. Chip must be
placed in the bucket by one
of the members of that team,
no fishing after chip is
turned in. You must be in
weigh line within 15 minutes
of your designated weigh in
time. There will be a .50 lb
penalty for each dead fish
weighed (dead fish may not
be culled-state law.) Scales
will be open at 2:00pm each
tournament day. We recommend
the use of live well
additives made by
Sure-Life to increase
the odds of healthy fish
being returned to the lakes.
There will be a 2lb penalty
for fish not meeting the
predetermined size
requirements that is brought
to the scale plus the loss
of same fish. (Lake Fork
Bass all species cannot
touch the 16-inch mark and
must touch the
24-inch mark to be legal.)

confined area of the same
lake at any time, whether or

and operating aeration
system. Teams may keep no
more than 5 bass total in
the boat/live well at any
time during the tournament
hours. This does not include
fish temporarily on board
for culling purposes.
Individuals may keep no more
than 5 bass total in the
boat/live well at any time
during tournament hours
unless they have a Jr.
Angler on board who is
allowed to retain 1 bass
thus making their total bass
kept at 6 bass, only if the
Jr. Angler has boated a
keeper bass. Once again this
does not apply to fish
temporarily on board for
culling purposes.
18.
Scoring will be
determined by the total
weight of not more than 5
bass per team meeting
designated size
requirements. All lakes
except Lake Fork will have a
14inch minimum length limit

(largemouth, small mouth and
spotted bass). Fish will be
measured on a Pro Rule
measuring board with tail
closed. Each team may have
only 1 BB entry;
angler-weighing fish has to
declare which fish is to be
weighed. Combining two cash
awards and splitting the
total between tied anglers
will settle ties for cash
prizes. Points will be
awarded equally as well.

allowed, unless permitted by
tournament director for
safety or emergency reasons.
